Audit Ledger

A tamper-evident, queryable record of every AI decision - what was requested, which policy applied, and what was allowed, blocked, or redacted.

An audit ledger captures each governed interaction as an immutable entry, often hash-chained so any later change is detectable.

Because the evidence is produced as a side effect of enforcement, you can reconstruct exactly how an AI system behaved for an auditor, examiner, or incident review - instead of stitching together scattered logs after the fact.
